Excellent modern and brand new hotel in a heritage building . The hotel is opposite Helsinki central train station . The building is connected to city center mall . Lots of cafes of wide choice are minutes away ! Shopping malls restaurants , cafes , museums , the Odi library , Helsinki cathedral and all the important major attractions are walking distance ! The food is excellent , room service for food available in the night . The hotel is going to open a a top floor bar very soon , this bar has excellent view of the city . I liked everything about the property ! The staffs are outstanding ! Check in was easy . Front desk and reception staffs Robert ,Zuhair , Erkki , Jason and Neihanna provided outstanding service in check in check out , city tour planning , restaurant recommendation and any request I made . If I visit Helsinki again this will the hotel I will choose again . Very happy with their outstanding service .

My partner and I stayed at the NH Grand Hansa hotel in Helsinki for 2 nights. We arrived via train and the hotel couldn't have been in a better location. Just a 5 minute walk with our luggage. We had a very friendly welcome and first impressions of the hotel very good. Hotel room was lovely. Absolutely immaculate and a lovely relaxed colour palate. Breakfast was superb. The choice so diverse with lots of local dishes and great service too. We used the sauna area which was lovely and run with military precision by the spa staff. Overall, a really great luxury hotel in the heart of Helsinki which we would recommend to others.

Great hotel in a great location right in the centre of Helsinki next to train station. From the moment of arrival to check out there is not a single thing to fault - everything is so perfect. The staff are all friendly and very professional and well trained. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room was huge with a big comfortable bed and great modern decor. It was very quiet and the high quality curtains kept our room dark at night. The bathroom was amazing,spacious and warm. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a wide range of fresh food on offer and a great gluten free section which for me was great to see.

I stayed overnight during a layover in Helsinki. The hotel is very centrally located within a 5 minute walk of the main train station which provides direct airport access. The hotel is also within easy walking access to shopping, top-end dining, island ferries, and cocktail bars. The hotel decor and facilities are nice. The room size was large. I appreciated the in-room features such as the plentiful outlets including USB-C, the Nespresso machine, and the complimentary large bottle of water. Staff at the front desk were helpful, professional, and provided efficient service for check in and check out.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Helsinki - it exceeded my expectations taken from the website. Hotel interior looked newly built and beautifully appointed. Hotel exit is across the street from the train station with a direct link to/from the airport. We had a beautiful room on the 2nd floor - with an automated bathroom (fun!) The Breakfast Buffet was great and we also ended up eating at the hotel in the evenings where we had excellent food & wine at a reasonable price. Our evening host, Natalie, had a lovely personality and was very knowledgeable.
